Remarkable young sire Rafeef had an outstanding weekend, with his progeny shining at Hollywoodbets Scottsville on Saturday, and his unbeaten two-year-old daughter Who Do You Love landing the Listed TAB Perfect Promise Sprint at Kenilworth the following day.
A brilliant winner of her two previous starts, the Candice Bass-Robinson trained filly showed her class when storming to victory in Sunday’s Perfect Promise Sprint (1200m).

Under Aldo Domeyer (who has partnered her in all three of her starts, Who Do You Love raced four lengths off the pace early on as Epsom Girl led early.
Up the outside Who Do You Love produced a fine turn of foot which saw her get up close home to beat the promising Distinction by a length and a quarter.
Out of the Model Man mare Fair Enough, Who Do You Love (a second stakes winning two-year-old for her sire this past weekend) was bred by the Narrow Creek Stud.
She is one of a growing number of top-class prospects to have emerged from her G1 Computaform Sprint winning sire Rafeef’s second crop.
Others include Saturday’s G1 Gold Medallion winner Thunderstruck, G1 Allan Robertson Championship runner up Glittering Girl and promising G2 Heineken SA Nursery second placegetter Union Square.
South Africa’s Leading Second Season Sire of 2021-2022, Rafeef made a blistering start with his first crop headed by a pair of G1 winners (Aragosta and Master Archie) over distances ranging from 2450m to 1000m!
