Potala Palace filly makes it two out of two

Ridgemont’s G1 winning stallion Potala Palace looks to have come up with a very promising filly in the form of  Queen Braganza.
The latter made it two wins from two starts when she won at Hollywoodbets Greyville on Friday.
Trained by Mike and Mathew de Kock, the three-year-old maintained her unbeaten record when she won the Hollywoodbets Bright Future Class 4 (F and M) (1200m).
Under Callan Murray, Queen Braganza unleashed a fine turn of foot which saw the filly storm home to score by nearly three-parts of a length.

A four and three quarter length winner on debut, Queen Braganza races for Mr Murugasa.

The filly, who is out of the Brave Tin Soldier mare Catherineofaragon, was bred by Riethuiskraal Stud.

Potala Palace enjoyed a 100% strike rate on Friday night, with Queen Braganza the stallion’s sole runner at Hollywoodbets Greyville.
The son of Singspiel is also responsible for the high-class mare Red Palace, with the latter holding an entry for the upcoming G3 Cape Mile.
